Another great TED talk
I really respect what Salman Khan has achieved. Khan Academy has grown from humble beginnings into a well respected international organization. This TED talk - Let's teach for mastery -- not test scores - reiterates (with reference to "real life") the importance of mastery. The line,"View that failure as a moment of learning", is one that really resonates with me.
