As a #lifelongerlearner and a #linguist
I always appreciate learning new words and
especially
those which encapsulate a concept which can not be rendered into English
with a simple word or two.
Whilst the notion of #slowingdown #simplybreathing and #listening to and #appreciating
the Japanese word #Yutori
reflecting these elements of #wellbeing
is new to me.
