I subscribe to Zeno’s and Tom Rath’s perspectives regarding wellbeing and appreciate that March is designated a month for wellbeing.



I see it as a time to be mindful.


I see it as a time to incorporate new practices into daily life.


I see it as a time to become better versions of ourselves.



Mindful that we are in the last few days of this month of wellbeing, I wanted to share a few links to resources I find great for wellbeing and for staying grounded.
