E. Bennett's “Be a little kinder than you have to” is one of my favourite quotes and along with the mantra, “Presume positive intent with all whom we meet”, reminds me of the fact that in reality, we never know what others are going through and the importance of always putting our best authentic selves forward so as to be able to meet/support others as necessary.
